摘　　要：随着iOS、Android等移动终端的广泛普及,移动终端电子地图应用越来越普遍。针对基于离线缓存的电子地图应用现状,本文设计了基于ArcGIS的移动终端离线电子地图应用框架,构建了离线电子地图API,实现了瓦片数据加密打包、同步工具。实验证明,本文实现了瓦片数据安全组织和高效访问,较好地解决了移动终端离线电子地图应用的快速构建、数据集成、安全和更新等问题。With the popularity of mobile devices, such as the iOS, Android, electronic map applications are increasing. For de- veloping electronic map applications based on offiine cache, this paper designed an ArcGIS-based application framework, which pro- vides the API, the tools for data encryption and synchronization. Data experiments showed that the application framework could prio- vides enhanced data security and effective data access, which solves the problems of quickly building, data integration, data security and data updating of electronic map applications on mobile device.
