高职院校体育资源校企共享共赢模式的探究——以佛山职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：校企合作是实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的有效手段,也是高职院校生存、发展的内在需要。当前困扰高职院校校企合作的最大难题,就是缺乏互惠共赢的利益机制,企业参与合作的动力不足。要真正建立校企合作的长效机制,必须把双赢性作为校企合作的价值追求。本文以佛山职业技术学院为例,尝试以学院的体育资源作为新的突破点和载体,探究高职院校体育资源校企共享共赢的模式,以促进校企的深度合作。School-enterprise cooperation is an effective means to achieve the training objectives of vocational education and it is also the internal needs for the survival and development of vocational colleges.The biggest problem in school-enterprise cooperation is the lack of the mechanism for the mutual benefits and the motivation to the cooperation.This paper argues that it is important to establish the win-win goal of both schools and enterprises for a long-term cooperation.The paper takes Foshan Polytechnic as an example to study the win-win mode of sports resources sharing between vocational colleges and enterprises to promote the deep school-enterprise cooperation.
