综合型IT与业务战略匹配的行动研究

摘　　要：通过D集团实施行动研究实例,说明如何将IT与业务匹配理论用来指导企业运用综合型业务战略的IT实践;如何在实践中发现中国情境,并在实践基础上完善现有理论研究。结果表明,行动研究强调理论与实践的双重目标,可为"直面中国管理实践"提供研究方法上的借鉴,可作为"直面中国管理实践"的试金石。This paper proposes that action research can be used as a touchstone to ＂Facing the Chinese Management Practice＂. Taking the implementation of action research as a case, it shows how Business-IT Alignment theory makes guidance to management practice in enterprise, and how the management practices reveal the Chinese scene for the theory and further improve the theory. The re- sults show that action research can provide reference on research methods for ＂Facing the Chinese Management Practice＂.
