摘　　要：目的:采用GC-MC法对冠脉宁片的挥发油成分进行分析,以丰富该制剂的化学成分研究,并为其质量控制提供理论基础。方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》一部(2010年版)附录XD挥发油测定法,对冠脉宁片的挥发油进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:共分离出41个化学成分,鉴定出其中的28种成分,相对含量超过5%的成分有5,7,8-三甲基二氢香豆素(9.96%)、氧化香树烯-(I)(9.20%)、4,6,6-三甲基-2-(3-甲基丁-1,3-二烯基)-3-氧杂三环[5.1.0.0(2,4)]辛烷(7.614%)、顺-檀香醇(6.92%)和3-亚丁基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮(5.22%)。结论:冠脉宁片中挥发油成分主要包含倍半萜、酮、烯烃、香豆素、烷烃和醇类化合物。Objective： GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Guanmaining tablet to enrich the study of chemical composition and provide a theoretical basis for quality control. Method： The volatile oil was extracted with steam distillation method according to ChP （ 2010 ）. The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography, and the relative content of constituents were determined by area normalization method. Results ： Forty-one compounds were detected and twenty-eight compounds of them were identified. And the compounds that therelative content was more than 5% were 5,7,8-trimethyl dihydrocoumarin （ 9.96% ）, Aromadendrene oxide-（ 1 X 9.20% ）, 4,6,6- trimethy1-2-（ 3-methylbutyloxy-1,3-dienyl ）-3-oxa-tricyclo[5.1.0.0（ 2, 4 ）]octane （ 7.61% ）, cis-santalol （ 6.92% ）and 3-butylene-1 （ 3H ）--isobenzofuran furanone （ 5.22% ）. Conclusion ： The main components in the oil were sesquiterpenes, ketones, alkenes, coumarins, alkanes and alcohol, etc.
