醒脑解郁胶囊联合利培酮治疗卒中后抑郁症临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑解郁胶囊联合利培酮治疗卒中后抑郁症临床疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为3组,中药加奥氮平组、单纯中药组、西药对照组,给予不同处理。观察HAMD量表评分和神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗后第21天中药加利培酮组治疗后HAMD评分和神经功能缺损评分与治疗后单纯中药组、西药对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑解郁胶囊联合利培酮治疗卒中后抑郁症,既能有效减轻患者精神症状,又有利于患者神经功能恢复,疗效优于单纯中药治疗和单纯百忧解治疗。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of XNJY capsule combined risperidone in the treatment of post stroke depression. Methods ： 75 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, olanzapine and Chinese medicine group, pure traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine control group. Observation of HAMD rating scale and neural function defect score was carried on. Results ： On 21st day after the treatment, Gary HAMD scores and neural function defect score of risperidone and Chinese medicine group compared with the pure traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： XNJY capsule combined risperidone can treat post stroke depression. Patients can effectively reduce mental symptoms, and it is beneficial to patients with nerve functional recovery. The curative effect is superior to the pure Chinese medicine therapy and simple prozac therapy.
