健脾合剂治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾合剂治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效。方法:选取健脾合剂治疗组100例及健康对照组100例。健脾合剂(党参、白术、山楂、陈皮、麦芽等,本方由本院中药制剂室协助配制),1剂/d,取汁450 mL,分3次饭后服用。20 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。结果:UC患者治疗前的CD4+细胞与对照组相比无明显差异,而CD3+和CD8+较对照组显著减少:经治疗临床症状缓解,其CD4+细胞数回落,CD3+和CD8+细胞数回升。UC患者治疗前的CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组显著升高,经治疗后回落。100例UC患者症状较治疗前均有明显改善。2个疗程间总有效率未见明显差异。结论:健脾合剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较高的临床应用价值,疗效高、方法简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the efficacy of the spleen-strengthening mixture on spleen deficiency type of ulcerative colitis （UC）. Method： 100 cases of UC were treated with modified spleen- strengthening mixture, a dose of 450 mL per day, 3 times after meal. Twenty days was a course of treatment. After consecutive 2 courses, the efficacy was determined. Results ： There was no significant difference between CD4＋ cells of UC patients and the control group before treatment, while CD3＋ and CD8＋ were significantly reduced than that in the control group after treatment. After treatment, the clinical symptoms were alleviated, and the number of CD4＋ cell dropped and the number of CD3＋ and CD8＋ cell recovered. The ratio of CD4＋/ CD8＋ in the UC group before treatment was significantly increased than that in control group and after treatment it was decreased. 100 patients with symptoms of UC patients before treatment were significantly improved than that before treatment. There was no significant difference between the two courses of treatment in the total efficiency. Conclusion ： Spleen-strengthening mixture in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has high clinical application value, high curative effect, and the method is simple and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
