摘 要:当前日益增长的压力造成高校大学生强迫高危人群较多。本研究拟采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和耶鲁布朗强迫量表(Y-BOCS)作为工具,对北京中医药大学和沈阳医学院在校生进行调查,并开展中医心理干预的实验,通过实验组和对照组的对比,分析比较前后测实验结果。并在文献研究的基础上,发掘中医心理干预新方法。本研究通过调查问卷的方式筛选受试样本、验收成果;采用前后测实验方法掌握实验过程、评价效果;通过对比分析的方式得出结论。本研究发掘中医在心理治疗领域的新疗效,为心理治疗领域找到新的治疗途径;为改善大学生心理状态、预防心理疾病提供新思路;用中医心理干预进行强迫干预治疗,使治疗更彻底,方式更人性化,以取得积极的效果。Nowadays, more and more college students are high-risk of the obsessive-compulsive disorder because of the heavy pressure.According to SCL-90 and Y-BOCS and by the result of the survey to the students in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, we did the psychological intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, analyzed the result of the experimental group and the control group.On a base of paper, we have found the new ways of the psychological intervention of the traditional Chinese medicine.We chose the test samples and got the results through the questionnaires.We adopted the method of before-and- after experiments to study the processes and the comment effects and made a conclusion by comparing and analyzing.We aimed to discover the role that the traditional Chinese medicine played in the field of psychological treatment and to find the new ways of treatment, providing the new ideas to improve the students' mental state as well as the prevention of the psychological diseases and to treat the obsessive intervention with the psychological intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and to gain a more effective and a more comprehensive achievement with a more humanized method.
