鳖甲煎丸预防胃癌术后复发转移临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鳖甲煎丸配合辅助化疗预防进展期胃癌术后复发转移的临床效果。方法:选取56例进展期胃癌术后病例,随机分为两组各28例,对照组单纯化疗,观察组化疗同时服鳖甲煎丸,观察复发转移情况、3年生存率和生活质量、体力状态评分。结果:观察组复发转移率低于对照组,3年生存率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义;观察组体力状况评分下降率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:鳖甲煎丸能有效预防胃癌术后复发转移,提高3年生存率,并能提高患者体能状况评分。Objective ： To observe the effect of Biefia Decoction with adjuvant chemotherapy to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative advanced gastric cancer. Methods ： 56 patients with advanced gastric cancer after surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 28 patients in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy, while the observation group chemotherapy used Biejia Decoction. The recurrence and metastasis situation, 3-year survival rates, quality of life, and performance status were observed. Resldts ： The recurrence and metastasis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The 3-year survival rate was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. The droop rate of the physical condition of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Biejia Decoction is effective in preventing the recurrence and metastasis of post operation gastric cancer, improving 3-year smwival rate and also can improve the patients＇ physical condition score.
