针灸治疗落枕临床研究进展

摘　　要：落枕或称"失枕",又称颈部伤筋,是一种以颈部疼痛、颈项僵硬、转侧不便为主要表现的颈部软组织急性扭伤或炎症性疾病。临床多见,传统针灸疗法在对其治疗上效果明显。笔者将2007—2012年期间针灸治疗落枕的方法作如下综述。Stiff neck or insomnia, also known as the neck injury, is a kind of acute soft tissue neck sprain or inflammatory disease characterized with neck pain, stiff neck, toss about in bed inconveniently. This desease has high morbidity in clinic, and traditional acupuncture treatment effect is obvious on this disease. The author summarized the progress of clinical research on the acupuncture treatment of stiff neck during 2007 to 2012.
