钼靶X线摄影联合超声弹性成像在诊断乳腺肿块性质中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨钼靶X线摄影联合超声弹性成像在判断乳腺肿块性质中的价值研究。方法:选择92例患者,共100个乳腺肿块,分别进行钼靶X线摄影、超声弹性成像,分别判断肿块的良恶性,按分析方法分为3组:钼靶X线摄影组、超声弹性成像组,钼靶X线摄影和超声弹性成像联合应用组,最后做统计学分析。结果:100个乳腺肿块中病理证实恶性肿块54例,良性46例,钼靶X线检摄影检查恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为87%,91.3%,89%;超声弹性成像诊断恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为92.5%,89.1%,91%;钼靶X线摄影和超声弹性成像联合应用诊断恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为96%,95.6%,96%。结论:钼靶联合超声弹性成像在判断乳腺肿块性质方面的价值大于两者单独应用的价值。objective： To explore the value in judging nature of breast tumors with the molybdenum target X - ray photography and ul- trasound elastography. Methods：92 patients with 100 breast lumps was examed by molybdenum target respectively X -ray photography, ultrasound elastography respectively,judging mass of benign and malignant. Aaccording to the analysis methods are classified into three groups ： molybdenum target X line group, ultrasound elastography group, the group of molybdenum target X - ray photography combined with ultrasound elastography, and finally do statistical analysis. Results：5d case are malign in pathology ,46 was benign. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of malignant tumors with ammography X - ray inspection photography check of were 87% , 91.3% and 89% ; sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of malignant turners with ultrasound elastography were 92.5%, 89.1% and 91% ; sensi- tivity, specificity and accuracy of mammography X - ray photography and ultrasound elastography combined application of the diagnosis of malignant change are 96% , 95.6%, 96%. Conclusion：Ultrasound elastography and molybdenum target jointed withe each other in jud- ging nature of breast lumps is worth more than the value of both alone.
