摘  要:针对皮革奶的鉴定长期以来没有正式的国标方法,而由中国检验检疫科学院食品安全所提供的"乳与乳制品中动物水解蛋白鉴定—L(-)-羟脯氨酸质量分数测定"中试样的两种水解方法在实际操作中均有不同程度的缺陷,对试样的水解方法进行了改进,采用改进后的方法,加标回收率为97.5%,相对标准偏差为2.25%,检测限为5 mg/kg,定量限为20 mg/kg,该方法不仅简化了L(-)-羟脯氨酸测定的操作步骤,并且准确可行,具有良好的准确度、精密度、检测限和定量限低等优点。There is no formal national standard methods for Leather milk identified a long time.Abstract Two hydrolysis methods of samples in "Milk and dairy products in the identification of animal proteinhydrolysate-determination of L(-)-hydroxyproline",which were published by Office of Food Regulation and providedby National Food Safety Information Center,have defect of different degree in actual experiments.This paper improved the hydrolysis method of samples.With the improved method,the recovery rate of standard addition was 97.5%,the relative standard deviation was 2.25%,the limit of detectability was 5 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation was 20 mg/kg.This approach not only simplifies the steps of operating in determination of L(-)-hydroxyproline,but also is accurate and feasible.The method have good accuracy,precision,low detectability and limit of quantiation.
