摘　　要：水性白色漆由于其遮盖力差,对工艺、设备、环境要求苛刻,其色差问题一直以来都困扰着主机厂。根据国内某主机厂出现的水性白色漆色差问题进行原因分析,并从主机厂及供应商两方面提出管控措施,通过实践,确认能够达到预期效果。The main engine plants has been plagued for color difference of waterborne white painting due to its bad covering power and harsh demand to the process, equipment and environment. This paper analyzes the reasons according to the color difference problem of water-borne white painting in a domestic main engine plants, the control measures were proposed from main engine plants and suppliers these two aspects and confirm to reach the expected effect.
