超声波协同纤维素酶消除亚麻刺痒感工艺研究

摘  要:采用超声波协同纤维素酶处理方法对纯亚麻针织物进行消除刺痒感的工艺处理,在减量率低于5%、强力损失率低于10%的要求下,通过单因素实验和正交实验寻找最佳的工艺方案,并对优选方案试样进行柔软整理,之后对经过复合处理后的纯亚麻针织物进行性能测试。结果表明,纯亚麻针织物消除刺痒感最佳工艺:超声波的功率500 W,频率40 kHz,pH值4.5,温度45℃,处理时间45 min,纤维素酶浓度2.5 g/L,处理效果优于单独使用酸性纤维素酶处理,且织物弯曲性能和摩擦性能均有较大改善。Through combination of ultrasonic treatment and cellulose, this paper develops a technology to elimi- nate the itchiness of pure flax knitted fabric. Under conditions of reduction rate less than 5% and strength loss rate less than 10~%, the optimum technology is obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The properties of the treated pure flax knitted fabric are tested. The results show that the optimum process of removing itchiness from flax knitted fabric is: the ultrasonic power is 500 W with a frequency of 40 KHz, pH value is 4.5, the tem- perature is 45 ℃, the treatment time is 45 minutes, and the concentration of cellulase is 2.5 g/L. The effect of this technology is better than that with only acid cellulase treatment, and the bending property and frictional prop- erty are both improved.
