农村居民点整理潜力测算方法研究进展

摘　　要：采用文献综述法,对现有农村居民点整理潜力测算方法进行梳理和归类,并指出这些方法主要集中在对理论潜力的测算和对现实潜力的测算。理论潜力的测算方法可从扩展可利用空间和改善农村生存条件两方面来分析,而现实潜力的测算方法包括多因素综合评价法和基于现实需要的修正。最后,提出农村居民点整理潜力测算方法可以与系统理论、数学方法和景观生态学原理相结合,使之更加科学和完善。This paper uses method of literature review and classifies the calculation methods of potentiality of rural residential land readjustment, pointing out that the present research methods mainly focus on the calculation of theoretical potentiality and practical potentiality. The calculation method of theoretical potentiality analyzes the expansion of the available space and the improvement of rural living conditions, and that of practical potentiality includes multi-factor assessment method and the correction based on the realistic necessity. The paper ends with the idea that calculation methods of potentiality of rural residential land readjustment can he integrated with system theory, mathematical method and principle of landscape ecology to make it more scientific and perfect.
