摘　　要：随着电力信息化的建设,电路交换已经不能满足用户的应用需求,软交换作为一项成熟的技术,可以提供各种多媒体功能的应用。文中分析了建设软交换系统的重要意义,介绍了软交换的基本原理和网络体系架构,并从系统的设备配置、传输通道、实现功能及系统安全等方面详细探讨了电力行政电话软交换网的建设方案,以期为中国电力系统软交换网的建设提供借鉴和参考。With the information-based construction of electric power system, circuit switching could not fully meet the customer＇s demand. As a mature technology, soft switch system can provide customers with multimedia applications. This paper analyzes the important significance in constructing soft switch system, and gives the basic principle and network architecture of soft switch technology. The construction scheme of administrative telephone soft switch system in eleetric power system is discussed from the following aspects： equipment configuration, transmission channel, system function and so on, expecting to provide certain reference for construction of soft switch network in China＇s electric power system.
