大学生的主观社会支持、自我效能感与自我和谐的关系

摘　　要：良好的社会支持、自我效能感是个体心理和谐的重要保证。本研究以自我和谐量表、领悟社会支持量表和一般自我效能感量表为工具,采用心理测验的方法,探讨大学生自我和谐与社会支持、自我效能感之间的关系,结果表明:大学生的总体自我和谐属于良好水平;大学生的社会支持、自我效能感与自我和谐程度呈显著正相关,社会支持和自我效能感能有效预测个体自我和谐的状况;大学生社会支持在自我效能感与自我和谐关系中起调节作用。Good social support and self- efficacy are important guarantees of individual＇s psychological harmo- ny. This paper takes self consistency and congruence scale, perceived social support scale and general self- efficacy scale as the tool, using the method of psychological test, to explore the relationship between university students＇ self - consistency and congruence, social support and self- efficacy. The results show that （1）the total conditions of uni- versity students＇ self - consistency and congruence are fine ; （ 2 ） There is a positive correlation between university students＇ social support, general self- efficacy and self- consistency and congruence. Social support and general self - efficacy can effectively can predict the situation of self - consistency and congruence effectively ; （ 3 ） University students＇ social support have mediator effect between self - efficacy and self - consistency and congruence. These findings suggest that social support and self efficacy have important effects on self- consistency and congruence.
