不同强度光照疗法对轻度抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察光照治疗轻度抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。【方法】选取本院2010年1月2011年3月就诊的59例轻度抑郁症患者，随机分为观察组（30名）和对照组（29名），观察组采用强度为10000Lux的光照治疗，对照组采用强度为100Lux的光照治疗，疗程均为6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和副作用量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。【结果】观察组与对照组对比分析，HAMD量表评定均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01），两组不良反应均很轻微。【结论】光照治疗对于轻度抑郁症安全有效。[ObjectivelTo observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of light therapy for the treat- ment of mild depression. [MethodslA total of 59 patients with mild depression in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to March 2011 were chosen and randomly divided them into observation group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 29）. The observation group was treated with 10000 Lux light therapy, while control group was treated with 100 Lux light therapy. Each group was treated 30 minutes every day. The treatment duration was 6 weeks. Hamilton rating scale for depression（HAMD） and side effect scale（TESS） were used to assess the efficacy and adverse reaction. [Results]Compared with control group, HAMD scores in observation group were obviously improved, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.01）. Adverse reactions of two groups were rare and mild. [ConclusionlLight therapy for the treatment of mild depression is safe and effective.
