城乡居民就医行为多元影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过问卷方式调查日照市城乡居民的媒体信息关注情况、他人推荐医院情况、既往就医经历、健康知识、就医态度和就医行为。对调查数据进行结构方程拟合,通过评价修正确定最佳结构方程模型,探讨影响城乡居民就医行为的多元影响因素及其作用方式。结果显示,既往就医经历、媒体信息关注情况、他人推荐医院情况对城乡居民就医行为有影响;健康知识对城乡居民就医行为没有影响。其中,他人推荐与就医经历对城乡居民就医行为作用方式略有不同。Using the questionnaire, do a survey among urban and rural residents in Rizhao of media information concerns, others recommend hospital, previous hospital experience, health knowledge, attitude and medical behavior. Structure equation based on survey data, determines the optimum structural equation model through the evaluation to revision, to investigate the factors affecting the multiple impact behavior of urban and rural residents and its mode of action. The results showed that previous hospital experience, media information concerns, others recommend hospital can influence urban and rural residents medical behavior. Health knowledge has no effect on medical behavior. Among them, the recommendation of others and medical experience to urban and rural residents＇ medical behavior actions are in a slightly different way.
