穴位埋线法对阴虚火旺型失眠证的临床观察研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨穴位埋线法对阴虚火旺型失眠证的治疗效果。[方法]对120例阴虚火旺型失眠证病例随机分为穴位埋线组、针刺组和药物组(各40例),以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及睡眠率的变化进行疗效评价。[结果]三组均能有效改善患者的失眠状况,虽然随访后有一定的复发,但埋线组和针刺组的维持疗效明显优于药物组。在影响PSQI总分上,三组均有非常明显的改善,埋线组和针刺组的改善效果明显优于药物组。在影响PSQI各项目上,埋线组和针刺组疗效相当,针刺组除入睡时间、睡眠时间项目外均优于药物组(P<0.05),而埋线组除睡眠时间外均明显优于药物组(P<0.01)。随访时的PSQI总分及各项目比较,三组均有不同程度的复发,针刺组除睡眠时间外均优于药物组;而埋线组的维持疗效明显优于药物组。[结论]穴位埋线法治疗阴虚火旺型失眠证是较为安全有效的方法。[Objective] The establishment of acupoint catgut embedding for hyperactivity type of insomnia of yin deficiency and fire treatment status. [Method] 120 cases of Yin Huo-wang type of insomnia were randomly divided into acupoint catgut embedding group, acupuncture group and medication group（40 cases）, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） was used to evaluate the curative effect of score and sleep rate. [Results] The three groups can ef- fectively improve insomnia status of patients with recurrence, have some follow-up, especially drug group; catgut embedding group and acupuncture group sustained efficacy is better than drug group. The effect of PSQI total score, three groups have obvious improvement, catgut embedding group and acupuncture group improve better than drug group. The effect of PSQI on the project, a catgut embedding group and acupuncture curative group, acupuncture group in addition to sleep time, sleep time items are better than the drug group（P〈0.05）, and the embedding group except sleep time is sig- nificantly better than the drug group（P〈0.01）. Comparison of foUow-up PSQI score and each item, the three groups have different levels of recurrence, the acupuncture group except sleep time is better than the drug group and catgut embedding group; maintaining curative effect is significantly better than the drug group. [Conclusion] Acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type insomnia is a safe and effective method.
