摘　　要：本文首先对城市交通控制的发展进行了简要综述 ,在此基础上对国内外交通控制研究的新发展进行了全面详尽的分析 ,对彻底解决城市交通问题进行了研究 。In this paper the development of urban traffic control is reviewed briefly, The latest technologies and methods of urban traffic control bave been introduced in details. Based on the analysis, how this problem is selved is discussed and a new mode of urban intelligent traffic control, i.e. urban multi agent traffic control system is propcsed.
