尼莫地平注射液对脑出血急性期患者高血压调控的体会

摘　　要：目的观察尼莫地平注射液对脑出血急性期患者高血压调控的作用。方法收集本院2012年2月-2012年5月的脑出血住院患者14例,住院治疗期间均应用尼莫地平注射液静脉泵点,比较治疗前后平均动脉压及病情。结果病情危重行锥颅引流术1例(7%),病情明显好转的13例(93%)。治疗后平均动脉压均明显降低。结论尼莫地平注射液可用于脑出血患者高血压急性期的调控。Objective To observe the effect of nimodipine injection on hypertension in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fourteen patients with cerebral hemorrhage were collectad, who were in hospital from February 2012 to May 2012 , and nimodipine injection was used by continous intravenous pumping, then compared the mean arterial pressure and general condition. Results One patient （ seven percent） was treated by craniopuncture and drainage spinal fluid , the other patients （ninty-three percent） were improved obviously. After the treatment, the mean arterial pressure was significantly lower. Conclusion Nimodipine injection can effectively control high blood pressure of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
