摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因尚不明确的直肠和结肠慢性非特异性炎症性疾病。临床表现为腹泻、黏液脓血便及腹痛。嗜酸细胞性结肠炎是一种肠道过敏性疾病,与进食某种特殊食物、药物密切相关,以腹痛、腹泻、体质量减轻为突出表现,肠道活检可见嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。Ulcerative colitis （UC） is a chronic, non-specificity, inflammatory disease of the rectum and colonic mucosa. The pathogene- sis is not clear. The clinical presentations are diarrhea, stools mixed with blood or mucus or pus and abdominal pain. Eosinophilic colitis is the inflammatory disorders of the intestinal tract characterized by eosinophil accumulation in the mucosa or in deeper layers of the intestinal wall and associated with atopic disease. It is related with food or medicine allergy. The presentations are abdominal pain, diarrhea and weight loss.
