摘　　要：2013年5月,河南省原阳市某鸡场发生一起疑似鸡传染性法氏囊病毒感染的病例。琼脂扩散试验可见被检血清与抗原孔之间形成沉淀线,并与阳性血清的沉淀线末端吻合。实验室检查结果结合流行病学调查、临床症状和剖检变化,诊断为鸡传染性法氏囊病。In May, 2013,there was a suspected infectious bursal disease in a chicken farm in Yuanyang City. There was a clear precipitation line between the antigen and the serum in agar diffusion test, and the line matched with the standard serum＇s line exactly. After the epidemiology investigation, the pathogenic in autopsy, the laboratory diagnosis,and clinical symptom,infectious bursal disease virus infection was diagnosed.
