摘　　要：小微企业对我国经济增长有重要作用,但其目前在初创期的失败率非常高,其中资金筹集与运营管理不到位是一个重要原因。本文通过分析初创小微企业资金筹集与运营管理的现状,针对其存在的外部环境恶劣、筹资渠道过窄、筹资方式受限、筹资结构不合理、资金运营管理缺乏等具体问题,从政府引导扶持作用、社会资本作用和企业自身学习三个方面提出了对策。Small and micro enterprises play an important role in China＇s economic growth, but currently, its failure rate is very high in the start-up stage, and among the various reasons imperfectly fund raising and operation management are important aspects. This paper through analyzing start-up small-micro enterprises＇ funding and operational management status quo, against the specific issues, which are harsh external environments, narrow funding channels, limited financing, irrational financing structure, and lack of operational management of funds, from three aspects put forward countermeasures, which are government role of guidance and support, social capital function and corporate＇ own leaming.
