摘  要:适期采收是芍药切花采后保鲜的关键技术。为确定芍药切花的最适采收期,以西施面芍药为材料,研究了采收期对芍药切花的瓶插寿命、开放寿命、切花花径、鲜质量损失率的影响。结果表明,Ⅱ级(松瓣期)采收的芍药切花瓶插寿命及开放寿命均优于Ⅲ(转色期)和Ⅳ级(暄蕾期)花,尽管切花花径略小于Ⅲ和Ⅳ级花,但其观赏价值并未明显降低;保鲜液(2%蔗糖+200mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+1mol/L硫代硫酸银)对于增大切花花径、延缓并减少切花鲜质量损失具有一定促进作用。It is one of the most critical postharvest technologies to harvest cut herbaceous peony flowers at most suitable developmental stages. Using herbaceous peony cv. Xishimian as materials, the effects of developmental stages on the vase life, the opening life, the flower diameter, and the fresh weight loss rate were analyzed in order to ascertain the most suitable harvest stage for herbaceous peony. The result showed that the vase life and the opening life of cut herbaceous peony flowers harvested at stage Ⅱ (Unfold-petal stage) were longer than at stages Ⅲ (Changingcolor stage) and Ⅳ (Soft-bud stage). Although the flower diameters of cut flower harvested at stage Ⅱ were smaller than at stages and Ⅳ, the ornamental quality was not reduced significantly. Preservation solution (2G sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQ+1 mol/L STS) had a good effect on flower diameter and reduced the fresh weight loss rate for herbaceous peony cv. 'Xishimian.
