摘　　要：通过分析互联网业务增长将给通信网络运营带来的变革和互联网中流控系统部署现状,指出了在当前形势下流控系统的发展趋势;通过对流量经营架构的理解,提出了该体系中流控系统的部署方案,并对系统的部署思路及原则进行了探讨。With the analysis of the trends of Internet business and the deployment of flow control system, it points out the changes that the rapid growth of business brought to the communication network, as well as the trends of flow control system change. With the understanding of traffic operating structure, it proposes the deployment plan of flow control system in the structure, and discusses some details of the deployment plan.
