美洲斑潜蝇发育始点及有效积温研究

摘　　要：室内设置 5种温度对美洲斑潜蝇卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫和全世代的发育速率进行了观察 ,测得其发育始点和有效积温分别为 14.4、12 .8、11.1、15.0、12 .5℃和 2 9.0、4 8.9、136.6、2 3.7、2 38.2日度 ,同时对The developmental rate of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard was determined at the 5 constant temperatures in the laboratory. The developmental zero is, 14.4, 12.8, 11.1, 15.0, 12.5℃, and the effective accumulative temperature is 29.0, 48.9, 136.6, 23.7, 238.2 day-degress for egg, larva, adult, pupa and the whole generation, respectively. The occurrence of generations in 1997 was also tested.
