摘 要:考虑前轮动不平衡为外激励,建立了车轮外激励作用下的三自由度车辆摆振系统动力学模型。应用数值分析方法,通过分岔特性等分析,讨论了考虑动不平衡激励的车辆摆振系统动力学响应,并对车辆摆振响应中的频率成分及其特征进行了系统的分析讨论。结果表明:动不平衡激励下的摆振形态和自激振动下的摆振形态有较大差别,随着动不平衡激励的增加,摆振会由系统自身结构引起的自激振动成分占主导逐步转变为由外激励引起的强迫振动占主导,摆振系统在摆振车速区间内由拟周期运动逐步变为单周期运动。相关理论可为转向系摆振的有效控制提供理论依据。A 3-DOF dynamic model of a vehicle shimmy system was established. In this model, the external excitation of dynamic unbalance of front wheel was considered. Based on bifurcation analysis, the dynamic response of the vehicle shimmy system with the excitation of dynamic unbalance was studied, and the characteristics of frequency components of the vibration response were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the characteristics of the shimmy with the external excitation of dynamic unbalance are quite different from self-excited vibration, they should be considered in the modeling process of a shimmy system; with increase in the excitation of dynamic unbalance, the vibration has the variations from domination of self-excited vibration caused by system structure itself to forced vibration caused by external excitation; as a result, the system experiences the variations from a quasi-periodic motion to periodic motion within a certain vehicle speed range. The corresponding conclusions provided a theoretical basis for effective control of a steering shimmy.
