摘  要:利用粗木屑工厂化栽培金针菇,对不同麦麸添加量配方进行工厂化栽培试验。结果表明:麦麸添加量为20%时,金针菇产量最高,生物转化率为92.05%。通过培养基辅料添加量优化试验可知,麦麸15%、玉米粉5%、豆饼粉7%、石膏3%时金针菇产量最高,生物转化率达到92.47%。该配方可在金针菇工厂化瓶栽生产中推广应用。The coarse wood chips were used in this study to cultivate Flammuling velutipes in factory-scale production, different formulas of wheat gluten addition amounts were tested. The results showed that the yield reached the highest when the addition ratio of wheat gluten was 20%, and the biotransformation rate was 92.05%. Through the optimization experiment on various supplementary material additions in culture medium, it was found that the yield of F. velutipes was the highest when the addition percentage of wheat bran was 15%, corn flour was 5%, bean cake powder was 7% and gypsum was 3%. And biotransformation rate of this formula reached 92.47%. This formula can be promoted and applied to bottle cultivation of F. velutipes in factory-scale production.
