肛门支撑捆扎法行低位直肠癌根治术临床应用

摘　　要：目的:总结肛门支撑捆扎法在低位直肠癌根治术中的应用。方法:27例低位直肠癌根治术应用肛门支撑捆扎法行消化道重建。结果:27例全组无手术死亡及术中严重并发症,术中快速冰冻无残端癌,无吻合口瘘,肛周感染1例(3.7%),吻合口岀血、狭窄均未发生,5年生存率和局部复发率为75.3%及6.25%,术后排便功能优良,无大便失禁。结论:肛门支撑捆扎法在低位直肠癌根治术中行保肛术吻合口瘘、狭窄发生率低。Summary of supporting anal strapping method applied in radical surgery for low rectal cancer.
