摘 要:随着旅游业的迅猛发展,庐山风景名胜区面临着人口激增和环境破坏的双重压力,如何评价旅游发展的现状,建立可持续发展的旅游系统,推行以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的"低碳经济"模式,是庐山风景名胜区需解决的问题。采用CO2生态足迹测算与评价模型,以旅游交通、旅游企业、游客和居民为指标,分析CO2生态足迹对庐山生态环境的影响程度。结果表明:(1)2006年(2005年)庐山风景名胜区旅游业CO2总排放量为15 926.950 3 t(13 228.833 0 t),CO2生态足迹22 709.316 0 hm2(21 472.338 9 hm2),人均CO2生态足迹为0.012 969 3 hm2/p(0.013 943 0 hm2/p);(2)旅游交通CO2生态足迹的贡献率为74.73%(65.49%),旅游住宿贡献率为21.81%(30.27%),游客和居民贡献率为3.46%(4.24%);(3)庐山居民产生的CO2生态足迹是游客的1.80倍(1.44倍),以牯岭镇为单一中心的空间格局是造成这种现象的主要原因;(4)CO2生态足迹具有空间扩散的特点,其对庐山内部、九江市和南昌市、两市以外区域的生态影响分别为29.87%(38.39%)、3.59%(3.65%)、66.54%(57.96%);(5)庐山生态效用为0.1131 kg CO2/元(0.183 7 kg CO2/元),均低于当年全国平均水平,但仍高于维持可持续发展的理想水平;(6)对比九寨沟、黄山和庐山CO2生态足迹数据表明,旅游交通对庐山生态环境的影响最为深远,因此改变旅游交通方式或使用环保旅游观光车是减少旅游地CO2生态足迹的重要途径。With the rapid development of tourism,Lushan scenic area faces with double pressure of demographic explosion and environment disruption. How to evaluate the status of tourism develop- ment, the sustainable development of the tourism system and the implementation of " low-carbon e- conomy" model with low energy consumption, low pollution, low emission has become the most urgent problem in Lushan scenic area. According to the measure and evaluation model about ecological foot- print of CO2 ,it use tourist traffic, tourism businesses, tourists and residents as an index and analysis impacts of CO2 on the scenic eco-environmental. The results showed that: ( 1 ) the total emission CO2 of Lushan scenic area in 2006 (and 2005) was 15 926. 950 3 t ( 13 228. 833 0 t) ,the ecologicalfootprint was 22 709.316 0 hm2(21 472. 338 9 hm2) ,and the footprint per capita 0.012 969 3 hm2/p (0.0139 430 hm2/p) ; (2) the contribution rate of tourism traffic was 70.13 % (61.61% ), the con- tribution rate of tourism lodging was 25.77% (33.67%), and the contribution rate of tourists and residents was 4.10% (4.72%) ;(3 )the ecological footprint of CO2 from residents was 1.8 (1. 44) times of that from tourists, so the main reason for this phenomenon owed to the special spatial pattern that the Lushan scenic area was center with country of "gulin" ; (4)the ecological impacts of CO2 on scenic area,Jiujiang city and Nanehang city, the other regions were 29.87% (38.39%) ,3.59% (3.65%) and 66.54% (57.96%) respectively ; (5) the ecological efficiency of Lushan was 0.113 1 kgco2/yuan (0. 183 7 kgco2/yuan),which was lower than the country average level in this year,but higher than the affinity level of sustainable development ; (6) the data of CO2 ecological footprint in Jiuzhaigou, Huangshan and Lushan showed that the most far-reaching element to the ecological environment is tourism traffic,so changing traffic modes and using sightseeing cars were important ways to re
