摘　　要：目的:探讨转录因子GC结合因子2(GC binding factor 2,GCF2)蛋白的表达与肝细胞癌的关系。方法:用免疫组化方法检测21例正常肝组织,58例肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)及其对应癌旁组织(n=58)中GCF2的表达情况。结果:GCF2在HCC组织中的阳性表达率(31.0%,18/58)显著低于癌旁(84.5%,49/58)和正常肝组织(90.5%,19/21)(P<0.05),GCF2在HCC组织中的表达量亦显著低于癌旁和正常肝组织(P<0.05);GCF2的阳性表达与HCC患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期、有无肝硬化基础、AFP及HBsAg情况之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GCF2在HCC中的表达下降与HCC的发生可能有一定关系。Objective： To investigate the protein expression of transcription factor GC binding factor 2 （GCF2） and the correlation between GCF2 and hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods： Immunohisto- chemical method was used to detect the expression of GCF2 in 58 cases of HCC and tumor-adjacent liver tissue, and 21 cases of normal liver tissue; respectively. Results： The positive expression rate of GCF2 in HCC （18/58,31. 0%） was markedly lower than that in tumor-adjacent liver tissue （49/58, 84. 5%） and in normal liver tissue （19/21,90. 5% ; P 〈0. 05）,the expression amount of GCF2 in HCC was also markedly lower than that in tumor-adjacent liver tissue and normal liver tissue （ P 〈0. 05）. The positive expression of GCF2 in HCC was not correlated with gender, age,tumor size, clinical stage, with or without liver cir-rhosis ,AFP and HBsAg （ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion ： Low expression of GCF2 in HCC might play an important role in the development of HCC.
