摘  要:教学、科研、服务是大学的三大职能,地方高校要更突出教学和服务的职能。培养应用型人才,是新的历史条件下地方高校的唯一正确选择。培养应用型人才重在"应用",地方高校的本科生教育要以培养学生的能力为主导,加大实践教学力度,强化技能实训。汉语言文学专业要使学生能说会写,既有从事基础教育的教师技能,又能从事文秘、管理、新闻媒体等工作,达到品德优、基础实、能力强、素质高的培养目标。Teaching,scientific research and service are three functions of universities.The local colleges should highlight their teaching and service functions.Training applied talents is the only cor-rect choice of local universities under the new historical conditions.To cultivate applied talents,we should emphasize “application”.The undergraduate education in local colleges and universities should attach great importance to training students'ability and practical teaching.The teaching obj ectives for the Chinese language and literature maj ors are to enable students to speak and write well,qualify to be teachers in middle schools,or engage in jobs related to secretary,management,and news media, and so on,and to achieve moral distinctions,solid foundation,strong ability and high quality.
