摘　　要：列车CCTV系统是一种车载视频图像采集与存储系统,该系统完成列车环境的全方位实时监控,并储存图像资料以供后续使用。在列车运行期间,地面控制中心会实时或者选择性监控车载运行情况,这种集中监控对城市轨道交通的安全性起到至关重要的作用。文中设计的CCTVSDK作为车载CCTV设备的二次开发平台供给地面监控系统做软件开发使用,并作为车载系统的配套工具同步更新,目的是使得车载CCTV网络控制度集成,方便二次开发。分析了CCTVSDK的整体调用流程和各主要接口功能的内部实现方法。该CCTVSDK目前已在某地铁项目中应用。The train CCTV system is a vehicle-mounted video collection and storage system.The system is effective to complete the full range real-time monitoring the environment of the train,and store image data for subsequent use.During the rail running time,the ground control center monitors the vehicle operation in real time or selectively.This centralized monitoring plays a crucial role in the security of urban rail transit.As a secondary development platform,this CCTVSDK is provided for the ground monitoring system to develop application programs,and it will be synchronously updated as railway systems supporting tools.The purpose of designing the CCTVSDK is to integrate the rail CCTV network control and is convenient for development.This paper analyzes the internal process and the main interface functions of CCTVSDK.This CCTVSDK is applied in a subway project.
