摘　　要：林九兵卫刊本《水浒传》的批语为署名李卓吾所评,主要有眉批、夹批和句末批三种形式,其批语略显粗糙轻率,感情流露无所顾忌,抒发了对世情的感慨和对道学的厌恶。通过林九兵卫刊本批语与其他评点本批语之比较可知,该批语属于较早期的批语,当在余本批语之后,容本批语之前,且批语的风格及批点内容多与容本批语相近。The punctuation and annotation of Outlaws of Marsh in Rin Kyu Be I edition is comment by Li Zhuowu.This will be an initial research.The content is divided into three parts： One is an overview of the comments;two is an exploration of the characteristic of the comments;three is comparison with the other punctuation and annotation about Outlaws of Marsh.Through the three-part analysis can know that comments on Rin Kyu Be I belong to the earlier,ones after the comment of Mr.Yu＇s and before the comment of Mr.Rong＇s.And comments on the style and content are similar to the Rong＇s.
