摘　　要：功利化教育价值观下人文关怀教育的缺失以及教育资源总体投入不足下的资源配置失衡是"虐童"事件频发的深层次根源。要想从根源上杜绝此类事件的发生,必须从解决法律制度的顶层设计、社会评价体系等体制性问题入手,重建幼儿教育体系。The deep roots of lots of child abuse events taking place in the kindergartens are from the lack of humanistic care education under utilitarian education values and resource misallocation of the inadequate general education resources investment.To stop such events from happening again,we must reconstruct early childhood education system though resolving systemic problems,such as legal system design and social evaluation system,etc.
