摘　　要："温州模式"勤工助学活动作为高校勤工助学活动重要组成部分,拥有独特的地域特色。伴随着"温州模式"高校勤工助学活动的发展,不断呈现出的诸多问题,为温州各高校勤工助学管理工作带来了巨大挑战。温州高校从学生、高校、社会三大主体入手,逐一解决勤工助学过程中出现的问题,实现了高校管理工作的创新与发展。As an important part of high educational work -study program,＂ Wenzhou model＂ has its unique local characteristics. With the development of ＂ Wenzhou model＂ work - study program, many problems have occurred,bringing a huge challenge to the work of college work - study management in Wenzhou. To solve the problems,universities and colleges in Wenzhou take measures from three main aspects：students, colleges and society. Only by solving the problems in the process of work study, development and innovation of university management can be achieved.
