摘  要:为加强软件技术专业学生职业核心能力的培养,本文通过对软件行业人才需求及职业岗位能力进行调查分析,提出"双主体、四融合"工学交替人才培养模式,通过实践形成一套适合高职学生个性发展的基于职业岗位的软件技术专业课程体系,为培养社会急需的软件人才提出了行之有效的措施并进行了积极的探究.To strengthen the cultivation of vocational core ability for software technology specialty, the paper through the investigation and analysis on software industry talent demand and professional post ability, put forward the "double main body and four fusion" training model of altenating work and study, the curricular system of software technology specialty based on professional post is formed through practice.
