摘　　要："生态公民"作为建设美丽中国的主体,具有丰富而又深厚的时代内涵与历史意蕴,是尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态人,是自然发展、社会发展与人的发展规律的遵循者,是现代公民生态性、社会性与主体性的统一体。"生态公民"的价值在于其是美丽蓝图的描绘者、美丽现实的引领者和美丽愿景的勾勒者。As the main body of constructing beautiful China, the ＂Ecological Citizens＂ has abundant profound connota- tions and historical charms. They are ecological men to respect, follow and protect the nature; they are the men to follow the law of the natural development, social development and human development; they are the unity of the modern citi- zens＇ ecological, social and subjectivity. Its values lie in the beautiful blueprint setters, beautiful reality promoters, and the beautiful vision practitioners.
