高校协同创新中的组织变革方向及对策研究

摘　　要：产学研协同创新已成为知识经济时代知识创新的主要模式。高校作为创新主体,探究其如何进行组织变革以适应多方协同的要求非常必要。从协同创新的组织协同层面探讨了目前高校组织结构存在的问题,根据组织内外部协同的要求,提出未来高校组织变革的方向:构建基于矩阵式的组织结构,并提出具体的构建思路和配套措施,为高校在协同创新中的组织变革提供一个新的思路。In the era of knowledge economy, the industry-school-institute collaborative innovation has become the main way of innovation in knowledge. It is necessary to study how to reform the organiza- tion of the university, the principal part of collaborative innovation, so as to meet the requirements of the parties involved. The present article firstly analyzes the problem with the university organization which goes against collaborative innovation, and then points out that the matrix-like organization is the trend of the future university organization reform. It also offers some specific methods and corre- sponding measures to establish the matrix-like organization.
