摘　　要：创新型人才培养是高等学校一项长期复杂的系统工程,在分析国内外高校"本-硕-博"连读或直博等人才培养模式培养现状的基础上,结合合肥工业大学实际,从"本-硕-博"一体化的创新型人才培养机制着手,致力于构建基于协同创新机制的"本-硕-博"一体化创新型人才培养模式并付诸实施,为探索具有工科高校特色的"本-硕-博"一体化创新型人才培养模式提出可行方案。Producing innovative talents is a long-term, complicated and systematic task for colleges and universities. Based on an analysis of the talent-producing modes at home and abroad such as the suc- cessive ＂bachelor-master-doctor＂ mode and the bachelor-to-doctor mode, considering the actual situa- tion of Hefei University of Technology and starting from the talent-producing mechanism of the ＂bachelor-master-doctor＂ mode, the present article tries to construct such a mode based on collabora- tive innovation and offer some measures for its implementation so as to find a feasible plan for the pro- duction of innovative talents.
