摘  要:"卓越人才"培养的核心是创新人才培养模式,即需要改革现有的课程体系及课程教育,发挥课程对提高教育质量和人才培养质量的意义和价值。作为一种课程认识的心智品质和课程建设机制的"课程想象力",强调以组织(学校)、教师和学生为教学共同体,共同推动课程规划、课程实施及课程的人才培养价值功能,其建构和完善是高等学校进行课程改革,实现"卓越人才"培养目标的重要路径。The core of "excellent talent production" is the innovative talent producing mode. It is nec- essary to reform the existing curriculum system and course education and to realize the value of the curriculum in improving the quality of education and talent production. "Curriculum Imagination", as the mental quality in course understanding and the mechanism of curriculum building, emphasizes teaching community which consists of organizations (colleges and universities), teachers and students to jointly perform the function of curriculum planning, curriculum implementation and talent produ- cing courses. The construction and improvement of "curriculum imagination" are an important method to conduct the curriculum reform in colleges and universities and achieve the aim of "excellent talent production".
