摘  要:青年教师的学术规范问题已成为高等学校师德建设的一个重要方面,究其原因,主要起源于学术规范教育缺失导致的学术规范意识薄弱,学术评价机制不科学和现实生活工作压力导致的功利化动机强烈以及学术越轨的风险较小、学术生态环境不理想、学术伦理衰微等导致的缺乏有效的内外监督和约束机制。治理青年教师的学术越轨行为,一方面必须改革现行学术评价和科研管理制度,完善学术监督机制,加强规范教育和伦理自律;另一方面要改善青年教师生活工作条件,优化学术生态环境,为青年教师潜心科研提供物质和环境保障。The governance of young teachers' academic deviant behaviors has become an important task for the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. The causes of their academic deviation are: low consciousness of academic norm due to the lack of academic norms education, strong utilitarian motivation caused by the unscientific academic evaluation mechanism and the pressure from life and work, and lack of ef- fective internal and external monitoring and restricting mechanisms as a result of the small risk for the academ- ic deviation, the unfavorable academic ecological environment and the decline of academic ethics. In order to control young teachers' academic misconduct, we should reform the existing academic evaluation and scientific research management system, improve the academic supervision mechanism, and strengthen standard educa- tion and ethical self-discipline. At the same time, we should also improve young teachers' living and working conditions, optimize the academic environment, and consequently offer material and environmental guarantee for their engagement in scientific research.
