摘  要:目的通过比较二维电离室矩阵与胶片在调强放射治疗中的剂量验证结果 ,研究使用二维电离室矩阵进行调强放疗验证的可行性。方法利用ELEKTA precise直线加速器6MV X线,对pinnacle治疗计划系统设计的调强治疗计划;采用胶片及PTW公司的729二维电离室矩阵进行平面剂量的验证及分析。结果通过比较胶片与二维电离室矩阵对射野剂量分布的验证结果,分析得知二维电离室矩阵应用于调强放疗计划进行验证确实可行。结论使用二维电离室矩阵进行调强放疗剂量验证,方法切实有效,简单可行。Objective To study in dosimetric verification of the intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) the feasibility of with the two-dimensional ionization chamber matrix and with the film. Methods The IMRT treatment plans were designed by pinnacle and were implemented in ELEKTA precise with 6MV X-ray.The plans dose distributions were measured using PTW 2D-array ion chamber matrix and the film in the phantom. Results Two-dimensional ionization chamber matrix applied to IMRT plans to verify was feasible, which was domenstrated by comparing the beam dose distribution verification results of the film and two-dimensional ionization chamber matrix. Conclusion Above-mentioned 2D-array ionization chamber matrix is effective, simple and practical to verify dose in IMRT.
