中西医结合治疗湿热中阻型Hp相关性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中西医结合治疗湿热中阻型Hp相关性胃炎的Hp根除率情况。方法：2012年5月~2013年3月期间，将我院诊治的60例Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者，随机分为治疗组（标准四联＋清幽健脾方）和对照组（标准四联），每组各30例，观察并比较对两组患者的Hp根除率。结果：治疗组的Hp根除率（86．7％），对照组的Hp根除率（63．3％），两组根除率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗湿热中阻型Hp相关性胃炎能提高Hp根除率，值得临床广泛推广。Objective： To observe DRMS type of Hp associated gastritis Hp eradication rate situation in the Integrative Medicine. Methods： From May 2012 to March 2013 period, 60 Hp-related chronic gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group （standard quadruple＋quiet spleen square） and control group （standard quadruple）, 30 in each were observed and compared in two groups of patients with Hp eradication rate. Results： lip eradication rate in the treatment group （86.7%） in the control group Hp eradication rate （63.3%）, compared two groups of eradication rate was significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DRMS type Hp associated gastritis in the integrative medicine can improve the Hp eradication rate, worthy of wider promotion.
