摘　　要：新农村战略的实施,为开展农村社区建设提供了良好的契机。我国农村社区建设发展过程中出现了农民群众参与意识不强、社区基础设施薄弱、劳动力综合素质偏低、管理体制尚未理顺等问题,因此,应针对这些存在的问题提出相应的解决措施,以加快社会主义新农村社区的建设步伐。The implementation of the new rural strategy provides a good opportunity to rural community building. This paper analyses the current major issues in the process of China＇s rural community building, and carries out countermeasures from the areas of cultivating the participation awareness of the masses of farmers, strengthening infrastructure construction of rural communities, improving the quality of the rural population, and clearing out the management system of rural communities in order to provide a little reference to China＇s ru- ral community building in theory and practice.
