摘  要:为培养学生良好的科研创新能力,形成系统完整的科研思路,结合生物化学实验的特点,将PBL应用于医学八年制生化实验教学中。教学团队提出问题,学生带着问题从查阅资料、实验设计、实验准备、实验操作、问题分析到撰写论文,整个过程均由学生自主完成。此方式是以问题及学生为主体,激发了学生对生化实验的兴趣,积极完成并掌握了科研全过程,多方面效果显著。PBL是生化实验教学最恰当最有效的方法。To culture students to develop their good research and innovative ability, and to form complete scientific ideas in future, combined with the characteristics of biochemical experimental lessons; the authors used PBL in biochemical experiment teaching for medical eight-year students. Questions were raised by teaching team, students got to access to literature reading, experimental design and preparation, operation, problem analysis and paper writing. The entire process was completed independently by the students. By this way the students and problems as the main body, stimulated their interest in biochemical experiments, so they actively completed and mastered the whole process of the research, with good results in all aspects. PBL is the most appropriate and most effective method in biochemical experiment teaching.
