摘  要:目的:探讨PBL(Problem-Based learning)-LBL(Lecture Based Learning)双轨教学模式在《医学免疫学》教学中的应用效果。方法:将学生按照自然班级分为传统LBL教学组和PBL-LBL双轨教学组,通过理论考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:PBL-LBL双轨组理论考试成绩明显高于LBL组;PBL-LBL双轨组学生对该组的教学方法满意,认为PBL-LBL双轨教学模式应该推广,认为该教学强化了学生各种能力。结论:PBL-LBL双轨教学模式对提高《医学免疫学》的教学质量有积极意义。Objective: To discuss PBL and LBL binding teaching model applied in medical immunology education and its effectiveness evaluation. Methods: The students were randomly divided into two groups: LBL model group and PBL and LBL binding model group. The questionnaires and examination were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results : The PBL and LBL binding group has significantly higher scores in theory examination than the LBL group. The students in the PBL and LBL binding group were satisfied and felt that the method could improve their ability. Conclusion: With great significance PBL and LBL binding teaching model can improve the quality of Medical Immunology.
