摘　　要：医学大学生是未来社会高层次医学人才,肩负着人类救死扶伤的神圣使命,要求他们具备良好的思想道德及高超技术的同时,情商也是必备的素质。文章从医学大学生情商素质被忽视的现实,论证结合医学生特点,加强情商培养,并通过作者的教学实践对实施方法及效果进行有效评价。Medical college students are the high-level medical talents in the future who shoulder the sacred mission of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying. Therefore, they are not only required to have high moral standards and professional skills, but also should be equipped with high EQ. This paper starts with the reality that EQ is often ignored in medical schools, and arguments are based on characteristics of medical students, strengthening the cultivation of EQ, and through the author＇s teaching practice to effectively evaluate the implementation of the method has been effectively evaluated.
