摘 要:针对中央空调系统传统的定流量控制方法,在运行中出现的能耗大、故障率高、电动机启动对电网产生的冲击和水泵启停时易产生水锤现象等问题,提出了用可编程控制器(PLC)为主控设备,对中央空调系统进行节能改造,构建了以变频器、特殊功能模块和温度传感器为核心的闭环控制系统,采用恒温差变流量的控制方式,经实际运行,取得了明显的节能效果。Aimed at the problems occurring in the running of traditional constant flow control method in the central air conditioning system, such as large energy loss, high failure rate, the impact of power grid caused by the starting of electric motor and the common phenomenon of water hammer caused by the starting and shutting of water pump, a new method is proposed by using programmable logic controller(PLC) as main controller to improve energy conservation of the central air conditioning system. A closed loop control system is built with frequency converter, special functional module and temperature sensor as the core controlled by constant temperature and variable flow. Practical running shows the energy-saving results are remarkable.
